Fall Family Fun

Instead of making the trip to Burt's and battling the crowds, we decided to go to Uncle Shuck's Cornmaze for our pumpkins this year.  Not only was it closer to home, but it had more activities for Ansley to do while we were there.  We started off letting her run around and pick up pumpkins.

I let Isaac check out the pumpkins.  Like most of his "firsts" this holiday season, he was enthralled.

And of course we took the typical pumpkin farm photos.

Love this of me and my girl... Isaac... not so much :)

Like I mentioned earlier, there was more for Ansley to do at the corn maze... like a big blue tractor.  She drives a battery powered Gator at her Pawpaw's so this was a BIG step up.

Ever since she rode a pony at VBS this past summer she has been dying to ride again.  It made me nervous to let her ride by herself but she assured me she had this.

My big girl

Poor Isaac... hazard of being the baby.

They had a smaller version of the corn maze for the little ones.

She was a fan :)

Isaac just watched.

It was really warm that day so we took turns running around with Ansley and letting Isaac stay cool in the shade.

What is a fall day without boiled peanuts and lemonade?

And again... Isaac... enthralled.

I would say our first trip to get pumpkins as a family of four was a success!
