Subliminal messages

Josh went out of town last week for work so it was just the 2 of us for a few days.  I planned some fun things to keep us busy while Josh was gone, we went swimming, had friends over, and even went to one of those build-your-own frozen yogurt places for DINNER.  But it quickly became apparent that things in our family do not function well without Joshua.  Neither one of us slept well, and one of us went on a nap strike.  A sleep deprived 2 year old and worn thin mom made for some rough moments last week.  On one particular morning, Ansley pitched a fit after I told her no and was sent to her room until she quit crying.  A few minutes later she came out with her bitty blanket and this book:
