My sister, my mom, Ansley, and I dyed Easter eggs the Sunday afternoon before Easter. Technically they were Ansley's eggs, but obviously she required a little bit of help. As you can see from the pictures, she was more interested in her Nana’s shirt, Nana’s dog, and gnawing on the hard boiled egg than actually dying them. But she has a sentimental mother so we did it any ways.

And of course first thing Sunday morning she had to scope out what the Easter bunny had left for her. (You can tell by her bedhead we hadn't started the dressing process yet. I promise I fixed that before we left the house)

Easter Sunday was BEAUTIFUL this year. We could not have asked for a prettier day. Our church had 3 services, so we went to the 9:45 service. After wards we stopped by to see my parents so they could see Diva in her outfit and get some pictures.

My dad had already changed but mom still wanted a picture, so he handed off his role as photographer. Once he put away the camera it was like Ansley finally realized who he was. She got SO excited to see her Poppa and this picture is where they are all laughing at her reaction.

We ate a HUGE lunch at Gramp's house (Josh's grandfather) and then the annual egg hunt began. Each grandchild has a prize egg with their name on it and in it are 2 Susan B Anthony coins. Here is Ansley "finding" her egg.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of joy my little Diva adds to everything.
